High school dropout Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka) hears that his school upperclassman Yoshio (Suzunosuke) has control over Shibuya, the sacred ground for juvenile delinquents, and goes to the downtown area to become his "pupil." However, Yoshio, whom he meets again after a long time, has become a weakling who works hard at a part-time job distributing packets of tissues to passers-by.
